Welcome to ‘Margot’ - our 1939 Spanish Revival Tudor duplex, nestled in the heart of Powderhorn, Minneapolis. We call her Margot because, like the Tenenbaum, she exudes a sleek and mysterious elegance that’s rarely available (to date or to rent). Though she was immaculate when we first walked her halls we took down the doily curtains and did a stem to stern Rare Form facelift to give her a bit more modern functionality and DRF flair.
