Enter Molly & Kyle: these beauties fell hard for one another at ol’ sconie mad-town! They landed the laughing lady in 2013, on FACETIME- the trust built with referral Purveyors warranted their ability to tee up 4613 from afar. They won her in near multiples after the first buyer walked.

The lady of Lyndale has a storied ownership history: Dan Murphy of Soul Asylum fame was her prior steward, he purchased her in the mid 90’s after hitting it mainstream with their Seattle grunge era release, he always joked after returning to become a deco era art dealer at his Gallery Grapefruit Moon:

I went from being a rock star, do being known locally as that former rockstar with the really cool craftsman home!
— Dan Murphy

Murphy commanded her quarters with tireless devotion: adding stain glass piano windows custom made by a local artisan and thoughtfully preserving her interior during his 20 years stay.
