Hand selected following a discerning search for the newly wedded Stanley’s. The Harper-house was blueprinted by the ‘Stanley Harper’ in 1927 for his wife Margaret & 3 daughters. Harper went on to create the supply chain model for small grocery 🛒 stores which eventually became the SuperValu company. This was Harper’s Minneapolis estate in addition to a cottage on Lake Minnetonka. Known as a benevolent philanthropist that donated much of his worth to charity and ran with a progressive ‘in’ crowd in Minneapolis their name placard still adorns her front 🚪 entry.
She’s a stoic three story medieval 🗡 brick tudor we captured in 2018, following deed signing these beauties executed a full interior detail spec with Design in Rare Form this phase was completed at onset allowed the Stanley’s to thoroughly enjoy her chambers.
