Hand selected by RareForm in 2014 San Miguel is a sprawling example of spanish tudor complete with center fireplace restored millwork throughout including inset bookcases, corner dining hutches finished in rich enamel and tastefully selected period correct lighting.
Main floor original WC & deco surviving upper bath that is historically-registered. Kitchen is functional and offers a large rear area for expansion and mudroom build-out.
