Set to close this October, Luther showed the poise of a savvy war general, patience paid off as he landed this Kingfield Duplex one block from Martin Luther King Park.   As a first time home buyer, emotions often take over, we urged Luther to stick to his guns and wait out the seller's approval on his offer, three weeks of waiting and the seller folded his hand!
