The Blaisdell: 1915 Arts & Crafts Flagship

Three owners since her inception in 1915: The Flagship is a storied example of arts & crafts architecture stemming from the beginning of the Stickney era. 

She was constructed as a guest house in the early century for a local manor that has since been torn down, they commanded this sprawling craftsman era apartment with a cherished history of stewards: three owners in 103 years.

A stem-to-stern restoration concluded in 2018, which brought her millwork completely down to bare and back to stained finish with 4 coats of sprayed catalyzed lacquer.

* Restored bath with ceramic tile and vintage mint pedestal sink, modern signature hardware fixtures and restored birch linen built-in

* Wood stove insert in living room centers this massive unit.
