Kyle & Andrea's 1927 Spanish Revival
Andrea & Kyle embarked on ownership of this 1927 Mediterranean not realizing the level of attachment they would have to her wrought iron staircase, floor to cieling main floor doors, and Palladian window in the master.
Due to sudden relocation, they moved the family west to Evergreen Colorado. The prior year saw a comprehensive italian inspired front patio terrace, a star-trek level HVAC system that was installed to accompany a two story addition to the back of the home. Six months later, duty called, and they were packing for the wild west!
Functional picture rail had a fresh enamel from our preparation crew. The interior of this home is so striking that a warm neutral palette is the only wall tone that works.
The stair treads and risers received a complete sand, stain and refinish in 2014, natural light here is nearly as good as it gets.
We staged this home with a minimal approach, as with architecture this striking, its best to let the home have the mic.
Formal dining room is substantial for a large cozy neighborhood gathering. Cielings have just received a fresh skim coat.
Ciro Quintana a cuban artist hangs left of the fireplace. The great room is south and east facing for all day natural light. Notice above the window the separate duct vent for the attic installed air conditioning.
