East Isles Designer Condo

2885 Knox Ave S 507 002Web Only available due to relocation.  Isles condo is a classic late 70's building, that has an all brick vintage flair, a period that will be considered historical in the face of all the chipotle-stainless-plastic development that is scaring the landscape of Minneapolis and St Paul.

Johnathan bought this condo in 2012 with a vision for its renovation.   The location at 28th and Knox is incredible, underground parking flanks the vintage entry, steps from the channel into Isles from Calhoun.   Centered in the action all four seasons, from the Loppet to the summer action on the lakes.

Its extremely rewarding for us as a brand to work with motivated market movers.  Johnathan completed pre market updates of walnut butcher block, a subway backsplash, updated lighting and executed a fabulous staging plan orchestrated by J Jorgensen design.

The isles association is very non-typical, carrying immense reserves to swallow a lobby and rooftop renovation within 24 months, updates totaling 130k without assessing any of the owners!

Upon entrance, Johnathan has provided a model for obtaining equity in an uptown condo.  His renovation plan consisted of new walnut engineered hardwood throughout, new modern base and casing, doors and hardware throughout.   This coordination and effort resulted in a sub 200k condo that lives like something much higher up the investment scale.
