At Rare Form we take seriously the year your house was built and we understand the context of what that year means to the details of your home. This sets us apart from the rest of the pack when it comes to listing your home.
Original bathroom tile, floor to ceiling birch cabinets with deco bevels, built-ins (corner or center!), period correct and/or original lighting, wallpaper, hardwood floors, doorknobs (yes doorknobs!).
Our interest in “year built” isn’t for show or to capitalize on the now buzzwords, it’s truly who we are in and out and we’re committed to working with homeowners who see eye to eye with us on the historical significance wrapped up in “circa”.
